Michigan State Spartans According to reports coming out of East Lansing, two more Spartans football players have been suspended indefinitely by Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio.
Junior defensive tackle Oren Wilson and redshirt freshman receiver Myles White both face misdemeanor charges of assault and conspiracy to commit assault in connection with a Nov. 22 incident at a campus residence hall.
Wilson and White are now suspended from "all football-related activities" and must turn themselves in for arraignment.
Police have now officially charged 11 Spartans football players with assault and conspiracy, and Michigan State has suspended four others that were present at the incident,
Two players, Glenn Winston and Roderick Jenrette, were thrown off the team while two others who face charges, Ashton Leggett and Jamiihr Williams, will transfer to other schools.
Wilson is a junior from Teaneck, N.J. He started 12 games for the Spartans in 2009 and has played in 38 games in his MSU career including the Valero Alamo Bowl on Jan. 2, while White was suspended for the game after being cited for public urination the night before the residence-hall incident.
Dantonio allowed the suspended players to attend a team meeting earlier this month.
However, the players' ultimate status with the team will be determined after the legal process concludes.
