Saturday night in Indy, the Colts and coach Jim Caldwell get set to take their first step in proving that their philosophy of resting players to close out the season was the right one.

The Colts have not played a meaningful game in nearly a month, but many fans, and critics, feel that shouldn't be the case. Now everyone will get the case to see if Indianapolis' controversial strategy pays off.

NFL odds makers like the Colts in this one with the spread in Vegas sitting at about a touchdown. The line is listed at, Indianapolis -6.5 with the total in the game set at 44.5.

"The ultimate goal is to get to the Super Bowl and win," defensive end Raheem Brock said. "Sixteen and oh sounds great, but
I don't really care what the record is because no one remembers that. Unless, of course, you're 16-0."

The Ravens won three of their final four regular-season games to qualify for the playoffs and opened with a rousing 33-14 victory at New England last Sunday.

This week against Peyton Manning and the Colts prolific offense, Ray Lewis and the Ravens defense are going to have to bring it and bring it hard. They will not have any chance at winning if they can not pressure the quarterback.

"We got the two best quarterbacks in the game back to back. We definitely have to bring our 'A' game," linebacker Terrell Suggs said.

Look for them to be able to do that. If they don't win this game out right, they will surely keep it closer than 6.5 points.
