Sunday afternoon when the Chargers host the Kansas City Chiefs in Qualcomm Stadium, San Diego will look to continue its push for a fourth consecutive AFC West Division title.

The Chargers have won five straight and at 7-3, they have a 1/2 game lead over the second place Broncos in the West. The Chiefs are 3-7, but have won two in a row and will try to stay hot and upset the surging Chargers.

NFL odds makers are calling the Bolts huge home favorites against their division rivals as the spread is sitting at about two touchdowns. The Vegas line is at, San Diego -14 with the total in the game set at 45.

The Chargers may be heavily favored, but San Diego is not about to overlook a Chiefs team that beat Pittsburgh 27-24 in overtime last week.

"For Pittsburgh to go in there and lose to Kansas
City, that's a real eye opener to everybody in the NFL," said Chargers offensive tackle Marcus McNeill. "It doesn't matter who you play. You've got to come to play. We're on a little streak right now and we want to keep it going."

The Chiefs are looking for their first three game win streak since 2006 after rookie kicker Ryan Succop's game-winning field goal in overtime against the Steelers.

"A lot of hard work has gone into it," said Succop. "Our coaches and players and everybody has really bought in."

Look for Kansas City to continue to play well. Rookie head coach Todd Haley has his team doing all the little things it takes to win in this league over the past couple of weeks. The Chiefs may finally become comfortable in their own skin.

Take the Chiefs getting the 14 points. They may not win this one, but they will play hard and keep it close.
