For the Cincinnati Bengals, last week's collapse against the Oakland Raiders could be just what is needed to keep things in perspective for a team that is still learning how to be winners.

At least that is what head coach Marvin Lewis should be telling his players after losing to one of the worst teams in the league when they are clearly one of the best. Sunday's game against the lowly Browns could be just what they need to get back on track.

NFL odds makers think so anyway. The spread in Vegas is sitting at about two touchdown as the line is at, Cincinnati -14 with the total in the game set at 39.5.

Last week, the Bengals were in prime position to expand their lead in the AFC North as the other three teams in the division lost, but the Bengals gave up 10 points in the final 33 seconds to fall 20-17 at Oakland.

"I think it's more disappointing because everybody lost and we also lost," safety Chris Crocker said. "We're not happy
that we didn't get another game up on our division opponents. That's probably the most disappointing thing. This was a team we should have beat."

The Bengals are 5-0 in the North and have a one game lead over the second place Pittsburgh Steelers. This week against the Browns, they look to become the first team in franchise history to win all six division games in a season.

The Browns lost a heart-breaker last week to the Detroit Lions 38-37. However, there offense did look very good in the loss. True, it was the Lions defense they were playing against, but I think that Brady Quinn might actually be able to gain some confidence from the Lions game.

I just don't see any scenario where the Bengals lose this game, but I really like the over in this one. The Browns gave up 38 to the Lions last week. Carson Palmer and the Bengals high-powered offense could really put up some points in this one at home and if Cleveland does anything offensively, this one could fly over the total.

Take the over 39.5 points.
