NFL Betting Odds Sunday in Ford Field, the 1-8 Detriot Lions host the 1-8 Cleveland Browns in a game that someone has to win. While the Lions defense hasn't been able to keep anybody out for the end-zone in 2009, the Browns have not been able to get in much.
In 2008, the Lions allowed more than 32 points per game, worst in the NFL and at 29.3 points per game, they are on pace to give up the most points in the league again.
NFL odds makers like the Lions at home in this one. The spread in Vegas is sitting at about a field goal as the line is, Detroit -3.5 with the total in the game set at 37.5.
The Browns have scored just five offensive touchdowns this season after failing to find the end zone in its final six games of 2008.

In Detroit, quarterback Matthew Stafford has battled a knee injury, but has been able to start all but two of the Lions games. He has thrown for 1489 yards and 6 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Stafford has shown signs that he could be a very good quarterback in this league if Detroit can build around the former No. 1 overall pick.
While there is optimism in Detroit, Cleveland will have to make some major changes if they want to compete in this league anytime soon.
Sunday afternoon take the Lions and give the points, they should be able to win against the pitiful Browns.
