Monday night in the Superdome, the 6-0 New Orleans Saints look to remain perfect against the 4-2 Atlanta Falcons in a big NFC South divisional match-up in the Big Easy.

A Saints win against the visiting Falcons would match New Orleans' best start in franchise history and keep them alone atop the conference. Drew Brees and the New Orleans high-powered offense looks to feast on an Atlanta defense that will need to step up and play a lot better then they have of late.

NFL odds makers like the Saints chances as prognosticators have them as heavy home favorites. The Vegas line is sitting at, New Orleans -12 with the total in the contest set on 55.5.

Last week against Miami, the Saints showed a new wrinkle in their recipe for success. New Orleans erased a 21-point first-half deficit and scored 22 unanswered in the fourth quarter to beat the Dolphins 46-34.

"Everyone thinks we're a finesse team and we're always up early, but here we showed that we can come from behind," said running back Mike Bell. "There was a major deficit at halftime, and we came back, and persevered, and we stuck together."

With the Carolina Panthers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers struggling, at 4-2, Atlanta seems like the Saints' primary threat in the NFC South. The Falcons are eager to rebound from last Sunday's disappointing 37-21 loss at Dallas.

The Falcons biggest concern when they face the Saints will be how their 25th ranked defense will respond to the Saints' prolific offense. Tony Romo and the Cowboys were able to put up over 300 yards and three touchdowns through the air against Atlanta.

I think that the Falcons will be studying the tape of how the Dolphins successfully shut down Brees, for the first half anyway. They will be up for this big divisional game. This one will be closer than 12 points.

Take the Falcons on the road getting the points.
