NCAA Betting Odds Wednesday night in El Paso, the Utep Miners host the Tulsa Golden Hurricane at the Sun Bowl in front of a nationally televised audience on ESPN. This Conference USA match-up could shape up to be a good one as both teams are filled with confidence.
The last time the Miners were on their home turf, they shocked then-12th ranked Houston in a shootout, 51-48. The Hurricane went toe-to-toe with Boise State, but lost 28-21 against the then ranked 5th Broncos.
NCAA odds makers have the Golden Hurricane as more than a touchdown road favorite as the Vegas line is at, Tulsa -8.5 with the total in the game set at 59.

Miners quarterback Trevor Vittatoe tossed may have tossed two interceptions last week against Memphis, but he also threw for 319 yards and three touchdowns. He will need another performance like that, minus the picks, for his offense to hang with Tulsa.
Last week against Boise State, the Hurricane jumped out to an early lead with two touchdowns in the first quarter, but were unable to hold on and come away with the victory.
Look for both offenses to have success in tonight's match-up and for this game to be closer than expected.
Take the Miners getting the 8.5 point at home.
