Atlanta Falcons Sunday night in Atlanta, the Georgia Dome crowd watched as the visiting Chicago Bears make one mistake after another to the delight of Falcons fans.
The Falcons were able to hold on and take home a 21-14 win against Jay Cutler and the Bears after Chicago shot themselves in the foot when it counted most.
Running back Michael Turner scored the go-ahead touchdown on an otherwise forgettable night, powering into the end-zone from 5 yards out with just over three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. However, with time running out, Cutler took his Bears right down the field looking for a game-tying score.
After a disputed pass interference
Bennett's clutch reception left the Bears with a fourth and one with just seconds remaining.
With the Bears needing just 3 feet for a first down, they called time to set up a play. But veteran left tackle Orlando Pace jumped the snap and left Chicago with a much more difficult fourth and 6 to go.
Cutler's final pass, going for Desmond Clark over the middle, bounced off the tight-end's arm giving the Falcons a turnover on downs.
That sealed the victory with 29 seconds left.
