Friday night in Arizona, the Cardinals host Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in both team's third preseason match-up.

The Packers are 2-0 and appear to have their offense running on all cylinders right now, while Kurt Warner, Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald and the rest of the Cardinals offense has looked anything but sharp coming in at 0-2.

NFL odds makers are calling the Cardinals 3 point favorites at home with the total in the contest sitting at 41.

The Arizona Cardinals have, to put it mildly, struggled so far in the preseason. Call it, Super Bowl hangover, call it an aging quarterback, call them over achievers in 2008, whatever. Bottom line is; Arizona has managed just 16 points in their first two preseason games and their running game has been non-existent.

Maybe they should have thought about keeping a certain 31 year old back that just signed with Seattle.

The Packers have been the polar opposite. It seems like all their big questions have been answered.

They wanted to see Ryan Grant bounce back and he has 16 carries for 71 yards and 2 touchdowns thus far in the preseason. They wanted to make sure their passing game was consistent and Packers quarterbacks are 34 of 56 for 346 yard and 3 touchdowns. They wanted to see if they could find some depth on the offensive line and they have done that too.

Given how well the Packers offense looks right now combined with the notion that Arizona is bound to break out of this slump sometime, I like the over in this one. The Cards have way too much talent on offense to continue to stumble.

Take over 41 points in this one.
