Philadelphia Eagles
Thursday night in Philadelphia it is going to be interesting to see what Eagles head coach Andy Reid does with Michael Vick against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Vick is scheduled to make his debut for the Eagles, though Reid is being secretive to his role. Quarterback Donovan McNabb and the rest of the starters are expected to play about three quarters, but Reid said Vick won't play in the fourth. So the big question is; how will he be used with the first team offense?

NFL odds makers are calling the Eagles a 7 point favorites against the visiting Jaguars with the total in the game sitting at about 37.

More importantly for the Eagles, running back Brian Westbrook is slated to make his preseason debut on Thursday night. Westbrook is expected to start against Jacksonville, but he likely won't see much action. Most likely, Philadelphia will try to get Westbrook four or five touches and then his night will
be over.

Westbrook missed the Eagles first two preseason games as he has been recovering from off-season surgery to remove two bone spurs from his right ankle. Westbrook returned to practice with the team last week and has shown no signs that the pain in his ankle is lingering.

Over the past few seasons Westbrook has proven to be one of the most dynamic players in the NFL. With a healthy Brian Westbrook in the line-up for the Eagles, their offense is one of the most dangerous in the league.

The Jags are also looking for their first preseason victory. Quarterback David Garrard has struggled at times, however he played well last week against the Buccaneers, throwing for over 200 yards, including a 74-yard touchdown to Troy Williamson.

Even with the Jags offense showing signs of life, it may be tough for Garrard if Philadelphia brings pressure as they are expected to.

Look for the Eagles to get their first preseason win. Take Philadelphia and give the points.
