NFL Preseason Week three's preseason action kicks off on Thursday night with three games on the docket.
The Miami Dolphins head to Tampa Bay to take on their cross-state rivals, the Buccaneers. Carson Palmer, Chad Ochocinco and the rest of the Cincinnati Bengals take host the St. Louis Rams at Paul Brown Stadium.
Finally, in the game that has gotten the most hype thus far in the preseason, Michael Vick makes return to the field as the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at Lincoln Financial Field.
NFL odds makers are calling the Bucs 2.5 point home favorites against Miami with the total in the game sitting at 37. Vegas is calling the Bengals one of the other favorites. Cincinnati is -2.5 with the total in their game with the St. Louis Rams at 34. The Eagles are favorites as well at home against the Jags. Philadelphia is at -7 with the total in that one sitting at 37.
So far in the preseason the Dolphins have gotten very
Carson Palmer won't play for the Bengals in this one. In fact, the team is considering keeping him out for the remainder of the preseason. J.T O'Sullivan looked okay going 10/13 for 141 yards and one touchdown last week, although Cincinnati only scored once. These two teams should be able to put up some points. Take the over 34 in the Bengals - Rams game.
When the Eagles and the Jaguars face-off on Thursday night, for anything and everything out of Michael Vick. Eagles coach Andy Reid will try to get the ball in Vick's hands as much as possible. The idea being, the more the Eagles show with Vick in the preseason, the more opposing defenses will have to think about him once he is allowed to suit-up in the regular season.
Take the Eagles and give the points.
