In 2009, the Florida Gators will be looking to do what no team in over a decade has been able to do. Repeat as college football's National Champion.

This year's Florida Gators believe they will once again have the best team in the nation returning for the 2009 college football season and odds makers don't disagree.

Vegas has the Gators as the clear front runner going into the season. According to odds makers Florida is a 2/1 favorite to win their second straight 2010 BCS National Championship.

After beating the Oklahoma Sooners 24-14 and sporting a 13-1 over all record, Florida will be returning one of the best overall teams in the nation.

The Gators are led by superstar quarterback Tim Tebow who does
just about everything. Even though Tebow is one of the best players in college football, the strength of this team will be on their defense.

The Gators ranked fourth in the nation in scoring defense and ninth in total defense a season ago. They show no signs of slowing down as they return all 11 starters to their defense. Opposing offenses are going to find it very tough to score on Florida this season.

The Florida offense should be able to put up points in bunches. Tebow's number one target should be tight end Aaron Hernandez.

Hernandez caught 34 passes last year while raking up almost 400 yards and 5 touchdowns.
