Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin outlook took a step in right direction as far as the Pro-Bowl wide-out being able to play this Sunday in the NFC Championship Game against the Philadelphia Eagles. He was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday, but Boldin says he will on the field this weekend.

Boldin suffered the hamstring injury against Atlanta two weeks ago in the NFC wild card round. He did not practice at all last week and missed Arizona's divisional playoff game against the Carolina Panthers.

Boldin said a trip to a Dallas chiropractor has greatly improved his strained left hamstring and is confident about his status for Sunday.

"I'll be out there Sunday," he said
after practice.

Boldin was able to participate in all phases of practice, but in shorter spurts than normal.

Despite Boldin's absence against Carolina last week, the Cardinals rolled to a 33-13 victory over the NFC's top-seeded Panthers to advance to the Card's first-ever Conference title game.

Boldin earned his third career Pro Bowl selection in 2008. He fought the injury bug throughout the regular season, missing four games, but still had 89 catches for over 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns in 12 games.

Boldin expects to be what he called, "real affective" against the Eagles this weekend.

"I don't see there being any problems, no hindrances or anything like that," Boldin said. "I'll just be myself and resume my regular role."
