Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys
Saturday night at Texas Stadium a pair of 9-5 teams face-off in a huge game, as the Dallas Cowboys host the Baltimore Ravens. Odds makers are calling Dallas a home favorite against the visiting Ravens. NFL betting lines have the Cowboys at -5.5 with the total in the game sitting at 39.

The Cowboys, and the NFL for that matter, will say goodbye to Texas Stadium tonight as the Cowboys move into a $1.3 billion facility in Arlington next season. It is only fitting that this one has such huge playoff implications. Big games have become common through the years at Texas Stadium.

The only scenario in which another game would be played in the Stadium is if the Cowboys got the no. 5 seed in the playoffs and were to face the no. 6 seed in the conference championship game.

The Cowboys have won four out of their last five including a 20-8 victory against the Giants last week. Quarterback Tony Romo threw for 244 yards and
two touchdowns after another week full of drama surrounding wide out Terrell Owens and tight-end Jason Witten.

"It's just part of playing football," Romo said. "We have a lot of highly competitive individuals who want to win." Romo went on to make light of the whole situation saying it was just to distract the media from focusing on his poor performance from the prior week. "I give a lot of credit to T.O. and Jason for drumming this whole thing up to take attention away."

Baltimore is coming off a tough loss to Pittsburgh, in which, the Ravens spent most of the day shutting down the Steelers offense. The Ravens defense held the Steelers to just 6 points until the final drive of the game and lost 13-9.

"All game they didn't make plays," said Ravens Pro Bowl linebacker Ray Lewis. "One drive they did."

The Ravens need a win stay in the playoff hunt. Baltimore is going to be all over Romo and this one will be close, decided by a field goal. Take the Ravens getting 5.5 points.
