Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Monday night the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head north to Charlotte to take on the Carolina Panthers in a huge late-season matchup in the competitive NFC South. Odds makers are calling the Panthers home favorites with first place in the division on the line. NFL betting odds have Carolina at -3.5 with the total sitting at 39.

The North winner will likely be the no. 2 seed in the NFC and get a first-round bye in the playoffs, but both of these teams appear to be headed to the postseason. At 9-3, both of these teams have similar styles. Both are well coached and fundamentally sound, finding ways to win week to week, while neither is overly dynamic or exciting to watch. This should be touch physical football.

Since losing the starting job in September and subsequently returning
to the line-up on October 12th, quarterback Jeff Garcia has lead the Bucs to victories in six of their last seven.

Garcia seems to be the perfect player to lead the Buccaneers. He has completed 67.2 percent of his passes and thrown eight touchdowns to just three interceptions, putting the Buccaneers in a position to take home their second division title in as many years.

After the Panthers this week, the Bucs have their final divisional game next week at third-place Atlanta.

"That's the best scenario we can ask for because we don't have to sit around and wait for anybody," said Bucs cornerback Ronde Barber. "We can take the NFC South the way we want to."

Carolina has lost their last two division game and has played inconsistently on defense all season. Take Tampa Bay getting the 3.5 points on the road.
