Big 12 Championship Preview - Oklahoma Sooners vs Missouri Tigers

Big 12 Championship Now that the dust has settled and Oklahoma is representing the South, the Big 12 championship game is set for Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium. The Missouri Tigers and the Sooners get set to face-off.
Oklahoma will be trying for their third straight conference championship. Last season the Sooners spoiled Missouri's national title hopes. This year the Tigers will be trying to do the same.
Missouri is seeking their first win in the Big 12 championship game after last year's debut. At 9-3, the Tigers could knock the Sooners out of a potential trip to the BCS title game. These two did not play this season, however, Missouri has only one once in the last 19 meetings.

The 11-1 Sooners, on the other hand are appearing in their seventh Big 12 championship game, five of them were victories.
"I still think that we have to go out there and prove something to everyone and prove to them that we do deserve to be at this game," said Sooners quarterback Sam Bradford. "So I think it felt like it'll give us some extra motivation this week."
Bradford tore ligaments in his non-throwing hand against Oklahoma State and will play against Missouri with a soft cast.
"We should be able to do everything as normal," Oklahoma coach Bob Stoops said. "We've had time to plan for it now and to get a brace or some kind of soft cast to protect it."
This should be a very good football game it might be very close if Bradford is affected by the injury.
