Sunday night the Chicago Bears head to Minnesota to take on the Vikings for first place in the NFC North. Odds makers are calling Minnesota a home favorite with both teams coming into this week with convincing wins on the road. NFL betting odds have the Vikings at -4 with the 41.

With a one game lead over Green Bay, these two teams, at 6-5, are tied atop the division.

"Right now we're in a position, and so are the Bears, to kind of control where we want to go," said defensive end Jared Allen.

The Vikings need to stay in the driver's seat with a win as they have already lost to the Bears and another defeat
would give Chicago a sweep and a playoff tiebreaker. Minnesota's loss to Chicago came on October 19th, but since then the Viks have won three of four.

Minnesota has done it on the ground. Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has run for an average of 124.0 yards per game during that span.

"Realistically you will look at one phase that does better than the other, but everybody is picking everybody else up," said Vikings coach Brad Childress. "That is what the team mentality is all about."

Chicago has had an up and down season thus far and has played extremely inconsistent at times. Right now the Viking are hot. Take Minnesota and give the 4 points.
