Tampa Bay Bucs In a huge match-up that could impact both teams playoff chances, the New Orleans Saints head to Tampa to take on the Buccaneers. Odds makers are calling the Bucs home favorites in this NFC South contest. NFL betting lines have Tampa Bay at -4 with the total sitting at 46.5.
Saints quarterback Drew Brees is on fire. Brees is having a MVP type year, but more important to the Saints signal caller, at 6-5, New Orleans is back in the playoff picture after winning their second straight.
"We're kind of in the middle of pack, just like a lot of other teams," said Brees. "This is the time where a few of those teams start to separate themselves and we want to be one of those teams."

For the Buccaneers, at 8-3, they now have a chance to separate themselves from the rest of the division, as they travel to Carolina and Atlanta in the next two weeks. It is pretty simple for the Bucs, keep winning and they will get into the payoffs.
"It's going to be a really difficult game Sunday. We won't look any further than that," said Tampa Bay coach Jon Gruden. "We've got a long way to go yet, but I'm really proud of our team for hanging in there."
Tampa Bay is led by a defense that is third in the league in scoring with 16.4 points per game and fourth in total defense with 288.9 yards per games.
Sunday's game will be strength against strength. Look for this one to be a shootout. Take the over 46.5 points.
