Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys
Sunday Tony Romo returns to the line-up for the Cowboys as they head to Washington to take on the Redskins. Odds makers are calling Dallas a slight favorite on the road in this NFC East match-up. NFL betting lines have the Cowboys at -2 with the total sitting at 43.

After starting 3-0, the Boys from Big-D have lost 4 out of their last six and are struggling for their playoff lives. Dallas hopes that the return of Romo will spark the Cowboys as they head down the stretch. The Dallas signal caller has been side-lined with a broken finger on his throwing hand.

"Everyone says we are out of the picture," said Cowboys wide-out Terrell Owens. "There's seven games left. We're not counting ourselves out by any means."

Owens will be
glad to see Romo return as he has only caught 12 passed for 100 yards in the three games his quarterback has missed.

The Redskins were picked by many to finish last in the NFC East, but now they are poised for a playoff run. Washington hopes to bounce back from an embarrassing 23-6 home loss to Pittsburgh on Nov. 3.

"I guess we've been better than expected," Redskins guard Pete Kendall said. "But now I think we've raised the expectations to the point that performances like the loss to the Steelers have been a little bit disappointing from the outside. But we're still 6-3, which is a pretty good record in this league."

The Cowboys have been waiting for Romo to return for what seem like forever; with him back tonight hey will be playing with a lot of confidence. Take the Cowboys and give the 2 points.
