Cowboys vs Giants
Cowboys vs Giants
The Dallas Cowboys head the Meadowlands to on their NFC East Division rival New York Giants. Odds makers call a Romo-less Cowboys a 9 point underdog on the road against New York with the total sitting at 41.

A pair of regular-season wins over the Giants turned out to mean nothing to the Cowboys a season ago as the Giants knocked them out of the playoffs during their improbable run to the Super Bowl.

Quarterback Eli Manning and the Giants are thriving, and they'll put the NFC's best record (6-1) on the line Sunday at Giants Stadium in their first date with Dallas since January's playoff win.

Part of Manning's success has been due to the time he has had in the pocket. The Giants have only allowed 2 sacks last five games and Manning wasn't
dropped at all in last Sunday's 21-14 win at Pittsburgh.

"The offensive line played great," Manning said after going 19-for-32 for 199 yards and a touchdown. "That was our goal, getting the ball out quick. We hung in there and played smart enough to win the game."

With Romo's broken right pinkie keeping out of the line-up, 40-year-old Brad Johnson will get the start for the third straight game. Johnson looked his age on Oct. 19 against St. Louis, throwing three interceptions as Dallas was blown out 34-14. However, he was able to move the offense enough last week to lead the Cowboys to a 13-9 win over Tampa Bay.

Even with Dallas' resent troubles, they are still very capable of being a good team and playing well. Nine points are a lot to give to a divisional rival. Take the Cowboys getting 9 points.
