The unbeaten Titans host Peyton Manning and the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night Football from LP Field in Nashville. Odds makers have the betting line at, Tennessee -4 with the total sitting at 40 1/2.

The 6-0 Titans marched to a 34-10 win over the hapless Chiefs last Sunday to stretch the NFL's longest regular season winning streak to nine games (including last year).

Although the Titans are off to their best start in team history, dating back 49 years as the Tennessee Titans and the Houston Oilers, they realize they have played a relatively soft schedule. With a win tonight against the Colts, a team that has dominated the AFC South for a number of years, Tennessee feels they can earn some well deserved respect around the league.

"A lot of people still don't respect us and feel like we haven't
played top-notch talent in the league yet," safety Chris Hope said. "They're still not sure about how good we are, and what better way to show them than on Monday Night Football against Peyton Manning and the Colts, one of the premier teams in the league."

The Colts, at 3-3 have not been playing particularly good football in 2008, but they have shown flashes of greatness. As usual, so goes quarterback Peyton Manning, so goes the Colts. Manning has had an up and down year so far as the Indianapolis' record would indicate.

"We just need to play better," Manning said. "I need to play better and find a way to get into the end zone. Our offense needs to try to get the lead to help our defense out a little bit."

This is a must win of sorts for Indianapolis, Manning and the Colts will play better tonight in prime time. Take the Colts getting the 4 points on the road.
