Raiders vs Jets The New York Jets head out the west coast to take on the Oakland Raiders at McAfee Coliseum. Odds makers say the Jets are 3 point favorites on the road with the total sitting at 41.
Jets quarterback Brett Favre has bittersweet memories from the last time he played in Oakland. As a member of the Packers, Favre was 22-of-30 for 399 yards with four touchdowns on a night he was grieving the death of his father.
"It was obviously a tough time," Favre recalled, "but it was one of those games that everything I seemed to do was right."

The Jets most like will not need such a dominating performance this Sunday, but they will need their running game to stay on a roll. Running back Thomas Jones recorded a career-high three touchdowns last week.
"We're working well together as an offense," said Jones. "We're running the ball when we need to and throwing the ball when we need to. You want to have a balanced offense."
The Raiders have dropped three in a row including interim coach Tom Cable's debut after replacing the fired Lane Kiffin.
The Raiders have lost 12 of their last 14 games at home. Take the Jets and give the 3 points on the road.
