Cowboys vs Cardinals The Dallas Cowboys head to Phoenix to take on the Cardinals in a battle on the NFC's two highest scoring teams. Odds makers are calling Dallas a 4 1/2 point favorite on the road in Arizona.
The 3-2 Arizona Cardinals didn't come into 2008 with lofty expectations, however they have emerged as a leading contender in the weak NFC West. Arizona looked like a legitimate contender a week ago against the Bills, when they recorded a season-high point total while handing Buffalo its first loss, 41-17. The Cardinals won the turnover battle with the Bills 4-0 a week after turning the ball over seven times against the New York Jets.
"We're a tough team to beat when we don't turn the ball over," said Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt.
Unlike the Cards, the Dallas Cowboys have come into the 2008 season with extremely high expectations. Sitting at 4-1, the defending NFC
"You don't get crowned champions for being the best-looking team right now," quarterback Tony Romo said after throwing three touchdown passes in last Sunday's 31-22 win over win-less Cincinnati. "We know you don't win it right now. You just continue to get better, keep stacking up wins."
Romo is doing his part. The Cowboys' quarterback has thrown for 1,368 yards and 11 touchdowns to just 5 interceptions thus far in 2008. The Cowboys have been doing it on the ground as well. Marion Barber and rookie running back Felix Jones have combined for over 600 yards and 7 touchdowns in just five games.
Look for the Cowboys to roll over the Cardinals. Take Dallas and give the 4 1/2 points.

Look for what? Ah......Silence............As an Arizona resident I cannot tell you how much it pleasures me to whatch all of the lcoal Cowboys fans that live here take the walk of shame all the way home. The turn of the tide has come and now us true Cards fans get to watch the band wagon fill as Cowboys, Raiders, and Eagles fans take off their jerseys and replace them with BIG RED jerseys. Cowboys had their chance especially with the favored penalties but they have to finish stong when playing the hungry underdog. Maybe when Romo's hand heals up they can begin rebuilding.

Hey CardsFan....Let me start by saying that I am not a Cowboys Fan. But how can you talk sh#t about Dallas??? How many championships have you won? In fact how many times have the Cards even made the playoffs. The Cardinals Organization SUCKS!!!!!!!! It always has, even in St. Louis. You're 4-2 and on top of the worst division in the league by far and you run your mouth. Just sit back, watch and enjoy your team's success. You can run your mouth in about 25 or 30 years of your team being good. Until then... Shut up!

dude billy you act like the cowboys have always been great or something...dude save for the early 90's, the cowboys have been a crappy team, it's not like they have been awesome. and terrell owens makes them look even worse. concentrate on letting some people finally watch their team win rather than supporting a team who runs on tabloids, you have no right to say their organization sucks, when look at all the good players dallas has, romo, owens, zach thomas etc....even with all those great players, the cowgirls still suck.

Outsider, you need to come inside from the cold, because your brain has frozen. The Dallas Cowboys are one of the most storied franchizes in the history of football. You're an idiot. In the 42 year history of the Super Bowl the Cowboys have appeared in 8(most of any team in NFL history), winning 5 of them. The Dallas Cowboys are the definition of "A Dynasty".
Like I said before... Cards fans, sit back and enjoy. But don't talk sh#t about the Cowboys after winning one game. |

I bet that you are one of those guys who wanted the Giants to win tonight too, didn't you? I know that surprised you. Look for more to come in this season and playoffs, don't rule out any teams. Except, of course, the Dallas Cowgirls.
