Bucs vs Bears
Bucs vs Bears
The Chicago Bears host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Soldier Field. The Bucs come in at 1-1 and Brian Griese is expected to make his second consecutive start after coach John Gruden inserted him into the line up last Sunday. Tampa comes in to Chicago as a 3 point underdog with the total set at 35 1/2.

Chicago, also at 1-1, has quarterback issues of their own. The only thing consistent about Bears' signal callers over the last few years is inconsistency. Since 1992, Chicago has had 21 different starting quarterbacks, the most in the NFL.

Kyle Orton will make his 20th career start for the Bears on Sunday. Orton is 32-of-53 for 299 yards, no touchdowns, but more importantly, no
interceptions in two games this year. The Bears QB was not spectacular, but managed a stunning 29-13 victory over Indianapolis in week one.

The Bears defense and special teams have been to notch so far, Chicago could easily be 2-0 because of them. Tampa's defense gave up 24 on week one against a very good New Orleans offense and only gave up 9 point their win against the Falcons.

Both of these teams are in similar offensive situations. The are looking to pound the ball on the ground and all they will be asking their quarterbacks' to do is manage the game and not turn the ball over. Neither Orton or Griese will be asked to win the game themselves or put up big numbers.

Go with the total in this one, take the under 35 1/2.
