The Minnesota Vikings host the Carolina Panthers in the Metrodome in Minneapolis on Sunday. The Panthers come in to Minnesota a 3 point underdog with the total sitting at 37.

The Vikings are 0-2 and coach Brad Childress is growing frustrated with his offenses lack of productivity. In an attempt to light spark under the team, QB Tarvaris Jackson is out and back-up Gus Frerotte is in. Childress is hoping that, the 15-year veteran, Frerotte can steady the offense.

"I'm just not seeing right now the aggressiveness from Tavaris that I saw throughout the off season, training camp, the two preseason games that he played in," Childress said. "Part of it may be experience. I know Gus will give us that. I know his approach will also lead itself to that."

The Panthers are flying
high at 2-0. They have pulled off two come from behind victories, including a stunning 26-24 win in week one against the Chargers on the game's final play. Now they get Pro Bowl wide receiver Steve Smith back from suspension. Smith is looking for his fourth straight 1000-yard season and is one of the leagues elite pass catchers.

"I'm excited to have our rocket back," says Panthers quarterback Jake Delhomme. "I'm looking forward to having him back. I know the players are too. He gives us that explosiveness."

The Panthers' fast start is raising hopes that the team can get back to the top of the NFC. Carolina has missed the playoffs in each of the last two seasons. The last time they started 2-0, they went all the way to the Super Bowl.

Look for Carolina to keep on rolling. Take the Panthers getting the 3 points on the road.
