The biggest story of week two comes out of Denver where the Broncos were handed a victory by the officials. With Denver down by 7, just seconds to play and the ball inside the 5-yard-line, Broncos QB Jay Cutler rolled to his right and appeared to have the ball slip out of his hand for a fumble. The Charges recovered and iced the victory on the road. Problem was, the play was ruled an incomplete pass on the field.

After a booth review, the play was ruled a fumble, however because the officials blew the whistle, Denver retained possession. The Broncos then scored and touchdown and with the two-point conversion, beat the Chargers 39-38.
