Pittsburgh Steelers On Sunday night in prime-time the defending AFC North Champion Steelers travel to Cleveland to take on the Browns. The Steelers (1-0) and the Browns (0-1) bring their huge divisional rivalry to the national stage as odds makers call Pittsburgh a 6 1/2 point favorite on the road in Cleveland.
The Browns are looking to rebound from last weeks poor performance against the Cowboys. Cleveland has high expectations for 2008 after finishing 10-6 last season. In week one Dallas out-manned and outplayed the Browns, as Cleveland was embarrassed 28-10 in the opener.
"It's not time to panic," said kicker Phil Dawson, who has spent his entire career in Cleveland. "It's time to figure out how to improve. We just did not play
The Steelers have dominated Cleveland in one of the league's most bitter rivalries, winning nine straight.
Pittsburgh manhandled Houston a week ago at Heinz Field 38-17. The Steelers were led by running back Willie Parker who rushed for 138 yard on 25 carries and 3 touchdowns. Ben Roethlisberger also played well. He was the league's highest rated quarterback in week one with a 147.0 QB rating. Roethlisberger went 13-of-14 for 137 yards and two touchdowns.
The Steelers defense also did it's part against Houston only letting up 17 points. They held the Texans to just 75 yards on the ground while recording 5 sacks, 2 interceptions and a fumble recovery.
The Steelers will continue to dominate this seres. Take Pittsburgh and give the 6 1/2 points.
