Cincinnati Bengals
This weekend in Cleveland, the Cincinnati Bengals come in to town and look to improve to 3-1 and keep pace with both the division leading Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens. The Browns stand in their way desperate to come up with a win at home.

With the Steelers and Ravens facing off on Sunday, the Bengals have a chance to gain ground against at least one of those teams.

The Bengals offense has been hard to figure out. They seem to have explosive capabilities, however they are just not putting it together right now. Quarterback Carson Palmer had a big week on opening day, but has looking mediocre since tossing for 325 yards and two touchdowns against the Patriots.

Against the Browns, Palmer is projected to have a big day. He should be able to find weapons like Terrell Owens and Chad (I refuse
to call him Ochocinco) Johnson all day long. Take a chance with Palmer against the Browns. He should find a grove today against the Browns and he should be a value in salary cap formats and on fantasy betting websites.

Running back Cedric Benson is also expected to have a big day. Benson appears to be healthy after sitting out Wednesday's practice with a knee issue. He could run wild against a Cleveland defense that is ranked 21st against the run.

Benson is a must-stater in most formats.

For the Browns, running back Peyton Hillis has looked great. He ran for 144 yards and a touchdown Week 3 at Baltimore. Hillis may be another value in salary cap formats and on fantasy betting websites.

This week in Cleveland, Cedric Benson is a solid No. 1 fantasy option, while Carson Palmer and Peyton Hillis have a chance to put up big numbers, but may be a little risky.
