This weekend, Week 4 will round out the first quarter of the 2010 NFL season and Fantasy Football players are desperately trying to find the right combination of players to fill their starting line-ups.

With so many high-stakes leagues out there and bettors getting into legalized fantasy sports wagering, players are always looking for an inside track on who to start and sit. In many leagues, the running back position in the most important on the roster.

This weekend, the back at the top of most lists is Chris Johnson on the Tennessee Titans. Through the first three games, Johnson leads the league in attempts with 75. He has racked up 301 yards on the ground and with his four touchdowns, he remains a must-start for this week against the Denver Broncos.

The NFL's leading rusher, Arian Foster is another name to watch this weekend when his Houston Texans take on the Oakland Raiders. While Oakland has played solid defense thus far, the Raiders have allowed an average of 20 fantasy points to opposing RBs over their first three games.

Others that owners need to keep a close eye one are Maurice Jones-Drew, Michael Turner and Cedric Benson. All of these backs have proven there value in the past.

Many analysts have been looking at New Orleans Saints half-back Pierre Thomas. With Reggie Bush out of the line-up, Thomas is expected to get a lot of touches. However, Thomas is nursing an ankle injury. Thomas may be too risky at a starter.

One of Week 4's sleepers may be New York Jets running back LaDainian Tomlinson. The future Hall of Famer is showing all his critics that he still has some gas in the tank. Head coach Rex Ryan has been giving more and more chances to Tomlinson.

This week, New York faces off against Buffalo and the Bills have given up the sixth-most average Fantasy points per game to running backs this season.
