The Broncos are coming out of their bye week having accomplished a lot. They actually gained ground on the rest of the division as the Raiders, Chargers and Chiefs all lost. The Cleveland Browns host the Baltimore Ravens in what should be an intriguing AFC North match-up. NFL betting lines have the Browns at -1.5 while odds makers call the total 36.5.

Surprisingly enough the 4-3 Baltimore offense has been raising some eyebrows lately. After the Ravens defense gave up 31 points against the Colts on October 12^th, the offense answered by putting up an average of 28 points per game during a two game winning streak.

Teams suddenly have needed to get a little more imaginative in order to try and stop Baltimore's offense.

The Associated Press is reporting that New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork will be fined but not suspended by the NFL after meeting with Commissioner Roger Goodell about a hit on Denver Broncos quarterback Jay Cutler.

The Pro Bowl tackle met with Goodell on Tuesday and the commissioner decided to fine Wilfork but forgo any suspension for the hit. The amount of the fine was not disclosed...

Shaun Hill has been promoted to the San Francisco 49ers' starting quarterback, replacing turnover-prone J.T. O'Sullivan in interim head coach Mike Singletary's first big personnel move.

The 49ers named Shaun Hill the team's quarterback for its November 10th matchup against the Cardinals in Arizona.
