Just days after reports surfaced that Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney would miss at least two weeks with a strained right quadriceps, Freeney isn't willing to accept that prognosis just yet. He has even been seen is walking around the locker room with no detectable limp and no crutches.

According to court documents that have just been released, a Nevada judge has denied motions by Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's lawyers to dismiss a civil lawsuit alleging he raped a Lake Tahoe casino worker.
Washoe District Judge Brent Adams rejected arguments that the suit should be dismissed. Judge Adams said Andrea McNulty's will get her day in court, because her allegations make a "sufficient" claim that if proven, would entitle her to relief.

The Pittsburgh Steelers stand alone at 3-1 a top the AFC North after beating the now 2-1 Baltimore Ravens 23-20 in overtime.
