The Giants continued to roll a week ago against Baltimore, beating the Ravens 30-10 for its fifth straight victory. New York's NFL-best rushing attack rolled, piling up 207 yards against a Ravens run defense that came in yielding a league-low 65.4 yards per game.

At 7-3 overall and 4-2 in the ACC, the Terrapins look to move closer to a berth in the ACC title game as they host the inconsistent Seminoles on Saturday night. Maryland is the only team in the nation this season with four wins over ranked opponents.

Beginning in January 2011, the Bowl Championship Series is coming to ESPN.

Currently, ESPN is available in a little over 98 million homes in the United States. According to Nielsen, that is about 86 percent of all households with television sets. BCS commissioner John Swofford expects that number to grow by 2011. Of the households that watched the BCS title game on Fox last season, 95 percent had cable or satellite, ESPN said.

New York Jets head coach Eric Mangini has just announced at this morning's news conference that veteran cornerback Ty Law will rejoin the Jets for the rest of this season. Law recorded 10 interceptions in his only season as a New York Jet, and then headed off to Kansas City for two seasons.

"I've talked to Ty multiple times during the course of the season," Mangini said. "This was really the first opportunity we've had to get something done and we did. He's good physically in terms of his overall appearance, his weight, those things. We feel very comfortable about it."
