Jeff Jagodzinski
According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, sources say that Boston College coach Jeff Jagodzinski has been told he will be fired if he interviews for the head-coaching vacancy with the New York Jets.

Despite the threat from athletic director Gene DeFilippo, Jagodzinski does indeed plan to do the interview with the Jets on Monday, the sources said. Those sources also say that if Jagodzinski is fired, the Eagles would promote offensive coordinator Steve Logan to head coach.

Kansas is coming this one flying high after a 40-37 win over Missouri in the regular season finale, but the Jayhawks struggled down the stretch losing four of their final six. Quarterback Todd Reesing threw for almost 3,600 yards and 28 touchdowns. Reesing has put up some startling numbers...

The Scarlet Knights are one of the hottest team in college football. After starting 1-5 and off to a dismal season, Rutgers fans had no thoughts of reaching a bowl game. Since mid-October, the Scarlet Knights have rattled off 6 straight wins, including a 54-34 win against then-ranked 17th Pittsburgh...

Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota Vikings
Sunday the New York Giants head to Minnesota to take on the Vikings having already locked up home field throughout the NFC playoffs with their victory against the Panthers last Sunday night. Minnesota on the other hand, needs a win or a Chicago loss to clinch the NFC North.

Odds makers are calling the 12-0 Broncos favorites against the 10-2 Frogs. NCAA betting lines have Boise State at -3 with the total in the game at 45.

With Boise State looking to complete their second unbeaten season in the last three years and TCU trying to put an exclamation point on a season that has shown them to be one of the elite non-BCS teams in the country, this should be a great one to watch.

The Broncos have the nation's second-best record...

BYU Cougars

The Cougars will be looking to get their eleventh win for the third straight season as BYU makes their fourth bowl appearance in as many years. The Cougars hopes of a more significant bowl berth were shattered when BYU fell to Utah in their last regular-season game.

"I think we've put it behind us," said quarterback Max Hall.

Since then, the Eagles have rattled off two impressive wins...

San Diego Charges
San Diego Charges
Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium the Kansas City Chiefs host their division rival San Diego Chargers in a classic AFC West battle. Odds makers are calling the Chargers road favorites against the Chiefs. NFL betting lines have San Diego at -6 with the total sitting at 45.

With Kansas City out of any playoff contention at 2-11 and San Diego at 5-8 needing to win out and needing lots of help to get in, this game is more about pride than anything else. Though the Chargers have not been officially eliminated, they are not likely to make the post season. However, they have not lost hope.

"We've got to win first and foremost," San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers said.

Atlanta Falcons
Atlanta Falcons
Sunday afternoon the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head to the Georgia Dome to take on the Falcons in a key NFC South match-up. Odds makers are calling Atlanta home favorites as they face-off with their division rival. NFL betting lines have the Falcons at -3 with the total sitting at 44.5.

With both of these teams coming off division losses from a week ago, another loss would be devastating to their playoff chances. In the wide-open NFC South, there is still enough time, however a win this week is key.

At 9-4, the Buccaneers are one game back of first-place Carolina, but can clinch at least a wild-card berth this week with a victory and a loss by either Dallas or Philadelphia.
